Recruiting Privacy Policy

The purpose of this policy is to describe the principles that Antech Consulting LLC Petrovaradin (hereinafter referred to as Antech Consulting) adheres to when collecting, processing, distributing, and protecting the personal data of job candidates and interns. This policy also includes the rights of the individuals to whom the data pertains, which Antech Consulting commits to fulfill, based on the provisions of data protection regulations, implemented standards, and best practices.

 

This policy provides you with more information regarding the following questions:

  • What data do we collect about you?
  • What is the purpose of processing your personal data?
  • Who has access to your personal data?
  • How long will we retain your personal data?
  • What are your rights regarding personal data?

 

What data do we collect about you?

  • Full name, address, email address, phone number, and other contact information
  • CV and cover letter, previous work experience, education, letters of recommendation, and other information you provide during the job application or selection process
  • Information arising from the selection process (HR interviews, technical testing, technical interviews)
  • Information about current and/or desired salary and other information related to compensation and benefits
  • Details of how you heard about the position you are applying for
  • Information obtained during candidate background checks (if conducted), as well as information obtained from third parties (Statement of no conviction)
  • Information about any previous applications or employment history with Antech Consulting

 

Special note: Antech Consulting will never request special categories of personal data from you (such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, or data related to your sexual life or sexual orientation). If your CV contains any data falling under special categories of personal data, we will be unable to retain your CV, and we will ask you to send us a CV without such data.

 

What is the purpose of processing your personal data?

  • We will use your personal data for the purpose of conducting the selection and hiring process, which includes:
  • Assessing motivation, skills, knowledge, and other necessary competencies related to our business needs
  • Matching candidates’ profiles with project needs and team structure
  • Verifying the accuracy of the information and checking for criminal convictions and ongoing criminal proceedings when offering you a job (if necessary)
  • Contacting you during and after the selection process, in case you are considered suitable for another position or invited to participate in a selection process after a certain period.

 

Who has access to your personal data?

  • All candidate personal data is processed under the control of Antech Consulting. Access to your personal data is granted to the selection and employment team and other employees involved in preparations for the arrival of a new employee (if a job offer is made). Special cases when other employees have access to your data include:
  • If it is determined that you attended the same faculty/high school or had the same employer as a current colleague at Antech Consulting, we may consult that colleague for feedback about you.
  • Antech Consulting may share some of your data with a third party if we obtain your consent (e.g., we have received your permission to contact the person who wrote your letter of recommendation; in this case, it is your responsibility to obtain the consent of the person recommending you to share their personal data with Antech Consulting).

 

How long will we retain your personal data?

If you have applied for a job at Antech Consulting, and the selection process has ended unsuccessfully (you have not received an offer, withdrew during the selection process, or declined our offer), we will retain your personal data for one year. During this period, we may contact you regarding new job opportunities.

 

By applying for a job at Antech Consulting, you acknowledge and agree that we will retain your personal data for the defined period.

 

If you do not agree with the retention of your personal data or wish to make changes, you can contact Antech Consulting via email at [email protected].

 

If you have applied for a job at Antech Consulting, and the selection process has been successful (you have been employed by the company), we will retain your personal data for as long as you are employed.

 

What are your rights regarding personal data?

  • Right of access: You have the right to know if Antech Consulting processes your personal data, access that data, receive a copy of it, and be informed about the purpose of processing and the third parties with whom your personal data is shared.
  • Right to rectification and completion: You have the right to have your inaccurate or incomplete data corrected without undue delay.
  • Right to erasure: You have the right to have your personal data erased without undue delay, except in cases where Antech Consulting has a legal obligation to process your data.
  • Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request a restriction of processing of your personal data if you contest its accuracy, believe the processing is unlawful, have objected to its processing, or if Antech Consulting no longer needs the data but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
  • Right to object: You have the right to object to the way Antech Consulting processes your personal data.

 

You can exercise your rights by sending a written request to [email protected]. Antech Consulting commits to respond to your request within 15 working days of receiving it.

 

  • Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data has been conducted contrary to regulations.
